So out of NO WHERE my sonic refresher stopped charging…so I reached out to the company to inquire how I could get another charging cradle….well they at that point told me unless i could show a receipt (to which I don’t have because I lost it due to a major hurricane to which I lost ALOT) & because I didn’t register my device it was nothing they could do for me & my $120 device I purchased from them. Fast forward a couple years, I get promotion email and I go to the website to see that they NOW offer the purchase of just the charging cradle itself; I thought to myself “AWESOME! Now I can finally use my item that I loved so much” ! I made the purchase and revived the item, followed instructions to plug up my cradle and sat my Sonic Refresher on it & walked out the bathroom. Went back after about 12 hours ABSOLUTELY NO LIGHTS WERE EVEN ON! I emailed customer service to inform them and they are telling me it’s my device. SMH didn’t offer ANYTHING else but a “Well maybe your device is broken” Are you kidding me?! HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE. This company doesn’t give a sh** about their customers that have been supporting them for years. It’s pretty sad & unfortunate.
