However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our returns + exchanges portal to start the return process. For international orders, please email customerservice@michaeltoddbeauty.com All returns and exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of your order. Using your order number and U.S. shipping zip code, you will be able to start your return or exchange process. Completing the process will provide you with a return label. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. Please note a shipping fee will be assessed. If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are only permitted for U.S. orders.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee on Devices. Michael Todd Beauty stands by the quality of our Devices and is confident that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase of a Michael Todd Beauty Device, simply contact customerservice@michaeltoddbeauty.com and return the Device within 30 days of the date of purchase in the original box, postage paid by sender, together with proof of purchase. We will process a refund for the full purchase price to the original payment method. Guarantee applies to Devices purchased from our website www.michaeltoddbeauty.com only.

If a Michael Todd Beauty Device was purchased from the Michael Todd Beauty website or an authorized Michael Todd Beauty retailer and is defective in workmanship or materials, Michael Todd Beauty will replace your Device free of charge for 36 months from the date of purchase if the Device is registered within 90 days, except for liquid skincare products which are eligible for replacement due to defects in workmanship or materials within 30 days of the date of purchase. Michael Todd Beauty regularly changes the models, colorways, and styles of its products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any product.

To obtain coverage under the warranty, click on this <REGISTRATION> link to register your Device and upload proof of purchase. FAILURE TO REGISTER YOUR DEVICE WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE RENDERS THE WARRANTY VOID.

To obtain service under the warranty, email us at customerservice@michaeltoddbeauty.com for instructions on returning the defective Device, postage paid by sender. Michael Todd Beauty reserves the right to inspect a Device subject to a warranty claim to determine whether the claim is covered by the warranty.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MICHAEL TODD BEAUTY BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WHATSOEVER. 

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, OBLIGATIONS, OR LIABILITIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE 36 MONTH DURATION OF THIS WRITTEN LIMITED WARRANTY.

Some States and international countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state

UNAUTHORIZED RETAILERS. MICHAEL TODD BEAUTY’S WARRANTY IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS BECAUSE MICHAEL TODD BEAUTY IS UNABLE TO OVERSEE OR CONTROL THE QUALITY OF ITS PRODUCTS SOLD BY SUCH UNAUTHORIZED SELLERS.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

Orders returned for an incomplete/incorrect/undeliverable address or packages that have been refused are eligible for a refund less a handling fee of $19.95. If you would like your order re-shipped a $29.95 fee will be assessed.
