Great company to work with!

So my first wand would not charge. I reached out and was sent a new charger. After it still would not work, I reached out again and was sent a whole new package. All is well and this one works! The company was very responsive with my issues, even during Christmas and New Years. The wand works well too. I'm sure with time, I will get better at using it, but so far I'm satisfied with the results.

Why did I wait so long?

I have had a peach fuzz mustache for as long as I can remember. While light in color, it was rather thick. Somewhat embarrassing but I had thought that if I did anything to help, it would set off some sort of crazy growth (the "shave it and it grows back thicker and darker" fear)..... I feel somewhat foolish for waiting so long to try this Sonicsmooth Pro+. Having zero experience using a tool like this before, it was incredibly easy to use. It has not caused any irritation to my somewhat sensitive/cranky skin during or after use (I keep the vibration level low and make sure to moisturize after use). I like that there aren't any specialty "to use after" products. I can use my normal lineup after. Great product

I ordered this product last month and wanted to see if it worked better than other products I have used in the past to get rid of dead skin and peach fuzz. I felt this was a great product to get rid of the peach fuzz as it was gentle and my skin didn’t get red after using it. The different vibrations level were gentle on my skin as well. I think the price is fair and the product is well made and will last for a while as it comes with more blades that you can discharge after using it. It has been a few weeks since I used it and the hair didn’t come back darker like a lot of people claimed. You just do it as directed on the manual.

Super easy to use, and works!

Works With Unsteady Hands
