By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Michael Todd Beauty (the "Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on May 14, 2024, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on May 23, 2024, at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Sweepstakes Period").
4. How to Enter
A. Make a Purchase:
Every $1 spent on qualifying products at michaeltoddbeauty.com equals one (1) entry. Purchases must be made during the Sweepstakes Period.
B. Sign up for Text Messages:
Sign up for text messages at michaeltoddbeauty.com to receive five (5) entries. Limit one (1) text message sign-up entry per person.
C. Sign up for Email:
Sign up for emails at michaeltoddbeauty.com to receive five (5) entries. Limit one (1) email sign-up entry per person.
5. Prize(s)
Fully Paid Trip to Disney World:
Includes airfare, hotel accommodations, park tickets, and meals for up to a maximum value of $2,000. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $2,000.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted on or about May 23, 2024. The drawing will be conducted by the Sponsor or its designee. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified via email, phone, or text within five (5) days following the drawing. The potential winner will be required to respond to the notification within seven (7) days and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability/Publicity within ten (10) days of notification.
Failure to respond or return the required documents within the specified time period will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Terms
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final.
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitutions are allowed except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Any taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond Sponsor's control.
8. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
9. Governing Law
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Saint Lucie County, Florida.
10. Privacy
