We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not satisfied, we'll give you your money back. We simply ask that all returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached in order to qualify for exchanges or returns. Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned. Exchanges are only permitted for U.S. orders. Michael Todd Beauty is not responsible for any items returned that are not included in the return label created during the return process, including any non-Michael Todd Beauty products.


Michael Todd Beauty warrants all beauty tools for a period of THREE (3) years after the original date of purchase provided the tool was purchased directly through our website against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from normal use of the tool.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.


To return an item, please email customer service at to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and Return Authorization number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged:

  • Products undelivered due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping address provided by customer.
